The two main options to choose from are Chapter 13 or Chapter 7 under the Federal Bankruptcy Laws. Chapter 7 bankruptcies can eliminate almost all of your debt, including judgments you have against you. We can file a Chapter 7 case for you for a flat fee and the total bankruptcy fee is often a mere fraction of your total debt. If creditors are threatening to repossess your car or foreclose on your home, the protection of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy prevents creditors from acting. A Chapter 13 case can be filed for only $50.00 up front.
